Who We Are

Brand Foxo is a creative agency based in New Delhi, India. We provide website design and development, content and copywriting, video editing, and UI/UX design services to businesses across the globe.

By working with us through our website, email, WhatsApp, or any other channel, you agree to the terms outlined on this page.

Our Process

Every project begins with a discovery conversation to understand your business, goals, and requirements. Once agreed, we follow a milestone-based process:

• We design first; your review, then work begins.
• You are involved at every key stage before we move forward.
• No work proceeds without your explicit approval at each milestone.

We aim to deliver all website projects within 7 working days of design approval. Timelines may vary based on the complexity of the project and the speed of client inputs.

Payments

We operate on a milestone-based payment structure to protect both sides:

• No advance is required to begin. We design your homepage first at no cost.
• 50% of the agreed project fee is due upon your approval of the initial design.
• The remaining 50% is due upon final delivery and your sign-off.

Work will not proceed to the next stage until the relevant milestone payment has been received.

All payments are to be made via bank transfer, UPI, or any mutually agreed method. Brand Foxo is currently not registered under GST. All pricing quoted is inclusive of all applicable charges with no additional taxes.

Revisions

Every project includes two rounds of revisions per milestone. A revision means changes to existing work — not a new direction or complete redesign.

If your requirements change significantly from the original brief after work has begun, we will discuss the impact on scope and pricing openly and agree on a way forward before proceeding.

Additional revisions beyond the included two rounds may be charged at an hourly rate, which will be communicated in advance.

Client Responsibilities

What We Need From You

To deliver work on time, we need:

• All brand inputs, content, images, and references within 24 hours of project start.
• Clear, consolidated feedback at each review stage.
• One primary point of contact from your side.

Delays in providing inputs may affect the agreed timeline. We will always communicate proactively if this happens, but we cannot be held responsible for delays caused by late client inputs.

Ownership & Rights

Once the final payment has been received, all rights to the delivered work, including website design, copy, and creative assets, transfer fully to you. You own it completely.

Until final payment is received, all work remains the intellectual property of Brand Foxo and may not be used, published, or shared publicly.

We reserve the right to showcase completed projects in our portfolio and on our social media unless you explicitly request otherwise in writing before the project begins.

Confidentiality

We treat everything you share with us, including your business plans, financials, strategies, and client information, as strictly confidential. We do not share, sell, or disclose your information to third parties.

If you require a formal Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) before the project begins, we are happy to sign one. Just let us know.

Cancellations & Refunds

If you wish to cancel a project after work has begun:

• If cancelled before design approval: no charge. However, if significant discovery, strategy, or preparatory work has already been completed at the client's request, a minimal fee may be applicable. This will always be communicated upfront.
• If cancelled after design approval but before full build: the 50% milestone payment is non-refundable, as substantial work has already been completed by this stage.
• If cancelled after final delivery: the full project fee is non-refundable.

We understand that circumstances change. If something comes up, speak to us directly; we'll always try to find a fair resolution.

Limitation of Liability

Brand Foxo is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of our services or delivered work. Our total liability in any dispute is limited to the amount paid for the specific project in question.

We are not responsible for issues arising from third-party tools, platforms, or hosting services used in the delivery of your project.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The most current version will always be available on this page with the date of last update clearly shown. Continuing to work with us after any update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
